Find your strength, feel like yourself again

I help women build on their resilience to manage intrusive thoughts, worry, and self-doubt. I believe therapy is most effective as a collaborative partnership. Together, we'll create a safe space where you can explore your experiences without judgment.

My goal is to provide you with both practical tools and compassionate support, helping you feel grounded, confident, and more deeply connected to your life.

Specialties

Care built around what you're carrying

Pregnancy & postpartum support

The journey to and through motherhood is profound — and it can bring unexpected challenges, including perinatal anxiety, OCD, and intrusive thoughts. Scary thoughts are one of the most common and least talked about parts of new parenthood. They are treatable, and having them does not make you a bad parent.

My practice is a dedicated space to help you manage symptoms, build confidence, and find joy in your new role.

Anxiety & OCD — of all stripes

OCD takes many forms, and it is very good at convincing you that your version is the exception. It isn't. Using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) — one of the best-studied treatments in mental health — alongside CBT and mindfulness-based approaches, we'll work to quiet the doubt and help you regain control and find peace.

Common questions

What to expect

How does the free consultation work?

The free 15-minute consultation is a brief phone call to discuss your needs and answer any questions you have about my practice. It's a great way to see if we're a good fit before scheduling a full session.

What can I expect in the first session?

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, your history, and your goals. It's a collaborative process to ensure we're a good fit to work together.

Do you take my insurance?

I partner with Headway to accept insurance from multiple providers, including Aetna, Cigna, Oscar Health, and United Healthcare. Headway handles the billing and paperwork so we can focus on our sessions. You can check your coverage instantly on my Headway profile.

What if I don't have one of the insurances you accept?

If I'm an out-of-network provider for you, I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Where do sessions take place?

All sessions are currently held virtually, so you can meet from wherever is comfortable — home, office, or anywhere private. I'm based in Providence, Rhode Island.
